Group Rates

Kobe Suma Sea World offers various rates for group visits.
Please choose the option that best suits your needs.
*Group entry times start at 10:00, regardless of the Sea World’s operating hours.
*Reservations for visits from April 1, 2025, to the end of March 2026 are accepted, except on the following closed days:
Sun., November 16, 2025; Wed., December 17–Thu., December 18, 2025; Tue., January 20–Thu., January 22, 2026
Tue., January 20–Thu., January 22, 2026

General Groups

General groups refer to groups of 15 or more individuals, such as clubs, vocational schools, tour groups, Boy Scouts, sports clubs, cram schools, and extracurricular activity groups.

School groups include licensed daycare centers, unlicensed childcare facilities, kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools, compulsory education schools, high schools, special needs schools,

*Accompanying teachers and staff are classified as “accompanying adults” (fees apply).
Others, such as photographers, nurses, caregivers, parents, volunteers, and trainees, also fall under the “accompanying adults” fee category.
*Tour guides and bus drivers are exempt from admission fees.

Senior Groups

Senior Groups refer to groups of 15 or more individuals aged 65 or older, such as senior clubs and associations.

    Please apply by email at least 7 days before your intended visit date, including your preferred date/time and number of people.

    We will confirm your application by email.

Admission Time

  • Group entry times start at 10:00, regardless of the Sea World’s operating hours.

Group Buses

  • ・Kobe Suma Sea World does not have a dedicated parking lot. (The main parking lot is the Suma Seaside Park Parking Lot on the east side of the aquarium).
  • ・Due to high parking demand during the spring and fall excursion seasons, bus parking at Suma Seaside Park may not be available.
  • ・The bus parking fee at Suma Seaside Park Parking Lot is 2,000 yen per day per bus.

Viewing Guidelines

  • ・Performances may not be viewable if the venue is full. We apologize and thank you for your understanding.
    Please refrain from reserving seats with mats or belongings.
    Note that audience members will rotate between performances on a first-come, first-served basis. Please also note that animals are not on display outside of performance times.
  • ・Some exhibits allow close viewing of animals, but please do not feed them. Also refrain from feeding pigeons or other birds in the area.
  • ・Please be considerate of other visitors during your visit (avoid running, loud voices, sitting in front of tanks, etc.).
  • ・Do not use megaphones, whistles, or radio transceivers on the premises.
  • ・We do not make announcements for calling people or asking them to gather. Please confirm meeting points and times in advance.
    For lost children, please speak with information staff on the 1st floor of ORCA STADIUM or AQUALIVE.
  • ・The “Stamp Rally” at the aquarium is only available to customers who purchase the dedicated booklet.
  • ・Smoking is prohibited in the building. Please use the designated smoking area located in SEA WORLD PLAZA.

Preliminary Visit Admission

Only groups with confirmed reservations can schedule preliminary visits. Please review the following notes before making a preliminary visit reservation.

Notes:

  • ・Preliminary visit check-in is available until one hour before closing on the day of your visit. Reservations are required before visiting.
  • ・Up to five members per group can enter for a preliminary visit free of charge (one visit per group).
  • ・We will provide an explanation about facility use before your tour. Please allow enough time for this process when planning your arrival.
  • ・Preliminary visit participants are limited to group leaders (teachers, facility staff, travel agency representatives, or tour guides).
  • ・Staff will not provide guided tours during preliminary visits. After check-in, you may explore freely.
  • ・Preliminary visits may not be available on busy days or during peak times. Please confirm availability when making your reservation.
  • ・Please fill out the “Preliminary Visit Application Form” and submit it at the counter on the day of your visit.

We accept group reservations for the restaurants listed below.
Note that reservations are not available on aquarium closure days and certain specified dates.

Notes:

*Reservations are complete upon our confirmation.
*Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
*Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
*Please notify us of any changes in the number of attendees no later than the day before.
*Group reservations require advance booking and a minimum of 15 people.
*Menu items may change depending on the season.

Restaurants in Suma Seaside Park

Restaurants are available at “Matsunomori Village” (facility) in Suma Seaside Park, which is about a 3-minute walk from Kobe Suma Sea World.
