vocational school, tour group, sports club, cram school, club activity, the boy scouts,
or other such group.

How to buy group tickets

Advance
reservationPlease make a reservation for group tickets by phone or fax at least 3 days before your intended day of visit.

Confirm
reservationKobe Suma Sea World will contact you by phone to confirm the details of your booking.
Your reservation is complete once confirmed by phone. -

Payment
Please bring the various booking forms with you to the entrance to make payment.

Please follow the staff’s instructions and enjoy Kobe Suma Sea World.
Notes on Group Admission
Group buses
- ・There is no dedicated parking lot for Kobe Suma Sea World. (The main parking lot is located at Suma Seaside Park to the east of the aquarium.)
- ・The Suma Seaside Park parking lot may not be available to buses during the busy spring and autumn seasons.
- ・Parking for buses at Suma Seaside Park costs 2,000 yen per vehicle per day.

- ・If dining at any of the on-site restaurants, please check here.
Notes on performances
- ・You may not be able to see the performance of your choice if the venue is full. Please refrain from using mats or any other items that take up space.
Please note that performances are subject to change. Animals cannot be viewed outside of performance times. - ・Although the aquarium has some exhibits where visitors can see animals up close, please do not give food to the animals. Please also refrain from feeding birds such as pigeons.
- ・When visiting the aquarium, please do not disturb other customers. (Running around, being loud, sitting in front of the aquarium tanks, etc.)
- ・Please refrain from using loudspeakers, whistles, or radios, etc.
- ・We do not make announcements for groups. Please confirm the meeting place, time, etc. with your group in advance.
If a member of your group gets lost, please contact a member of our information team located on the 1st floor of Orca Stadium or the 1st floor of Aqualive. - ・The Stamp Rally activity inside the aquarium is only for visitors who have purchased the Stamp Rally booklet.
- ・Smoking is prohibited inside the aquarium. Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the premises other than the dedicated smoking area located in Sea World Plaza.
Previews
Previews of the aquarium are only possible for groups with a confirmed reservation.
Please check the following notes before making a reservation for preview admission.
Notes
- ・Previews can be accepted on the day up to 1 hour before closing. Please be sure to make an advance reservation.
- ・Up to 5 people per group can enter the aquarium for a preview without an admission fee. (One per group)
- ・Before your tour, we will provide you with an explanation about how to use the facility. Please arrive with plenty of time for this explanation.
- ・Previews are limited to leaders or people in charge of the group organization (faculty members, facility staff, tour agency representative, or tour conductor).
- ・Staff will not be on hand to guide you through the aquarium. After the preview, you may walk around the aquarium by yourselves.
- ・There are days when previews are not available, such as during busy times. Please confirm at the time of reservation.
- ・Please fill out the Preview Admission form and hand it in at the entrance on the day of your preview visit.
