Day1
Hotel arrival
Please check in at the front desk upon arrival. For those arriving by car, staff will guide you to the parking lot.
Parking Information
Luggage Storage- You are welcome to leave your luggage with us before check-in.
Pick-Up of Aquarium Admission Tickets- Please visit the front desk to pick up your aquarium admission tickets. Guests can use the exclusive entrance and reenter the aquarium anytime during their hotel stay.
Reserved Seating- You can reserve seats in advance for the next day’s orca and dolphin performance on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel guests can enter through the exclusive entrance for a quick and easy admission without having to wait in line.
Check-in
You can easily return to the lobby floor via the hotel’s sub-entrance on 1F.
Complete check-in, receive your room key, and head up to your room!
Dolphin Lagoon Viewing Times- Between 8:30–9:30 and 14:30–16:00, guests can visit a special viewing area for a closer look at the dolphins.
All guest rooms offer ocean views, providing a tranquil retreat where you can watch the dolphins below.
Enjoy a panoramic view of Suma Beach through the large windows. Step onto the balcony and look down to enjoy the calming presence of the adorable dolphins in the Dolphin Lagoon. This one-of-a-kind space offers a rare chance to observe dolphins as they go about their usual routines, an experience not typically available in standard aquariums.

Experience giving signals to dolphins at Dolphin Lagoon, just like a real trainer.

Join a guided walk at the Orca Stadium before the aquarium opens to observe the orcas’ morning activities. Enjoy a rare glimpse of orcas in a relaxed morning setting.

If your kids still have energy to burn, head over to Suma Seaside Park.
Suma Seaside Park features playground equipment perfect for young children. You can also enjoy more time inside the facility before heading home. If your child is not quite ready to leave, we recommend stopping by the multi-play structure on the south side of Matsunomori Village, Building A for one last bit of fun.
