Rental services are available at the ORCA STADIUM Information Booth and AQUALIVE Information Booth.
*Wheelchairs are available for rent free of charge, and baby strollers cost a fee of 300 JPY/day. Available in limited quantity.

Wheelchair-accessible restrooms
All restrooms include stalls accessible for persons in wheelchairs (all accessible restrooms are ostomy friendly).
Nursing Rooms and diaper-changing tables
Nursing Rooms are located within each building, set with diaper-changing tables.
First-aid Stations
First-aid Stations are available for visitors who have been injured or become sick within the facility. A total of three stations are available, located within ORCA STADIUM, DOLPHIN STADIUM, and AQUALIVE.

Regarding Accessibility
Slopes and elevators are available for the convenience of visitors in wheelchairs.Additionally, each stadium has a designated observation area for persons in wheelchairs.
Wi-Fi Information
Wi-Fi service is available within hotel premises.
