Visitor Rules
Performances and events are subject to changes or cancellations
depending on weather conditions and the condition of our animals.
We ask for your understanding.
The following activities are prohibited:

Actions that endanger the animals

Placing your hands, face,
or other body parts
within exhibit tanks or pool areas -
Occupying spaces within the facility

Breaking, destroying,
or damaging exhibits or equipment -
Trespassing into restricted areas

Behaviors that disrupt public order such as intoxication or activities that endanger other visitors or aquarium staff
The following items are prohibited:

Dangerous articles or substances

Wireless transceivers and other radio controlled aircrafts (such as drones)

Other living creatures, such as pets
(please notify staff if you are attended by guide dogs, hearing dogs, or service dogs) -
Photography equipment such as monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks

Other belongings deemed dangerous
by staff
(carry wagons, fishing rods, etc.)
Photography Policy

Photography methods that endanger animals or other visitors are prohibited
-
Photography that infringes on copyright, live streaming, or commercial photography are prohibited
-
Photography and publishing of photos that may violate the privacy of other visitors unrelated to the photographer or aquarium staff are prohibited
Any visitors who fail to comply with these rules may be asked to leave premises.
