How can I enter Kobe Suma Sea World?
All guests staying at the Official Hotel may enter Kobe Suma Sea World free of charge.
Guests may enter Kobe Suma Sea World from the morning of the day they check in until the closing of the day they check out.
*Guest will be provided original entrance passes after checking in at the hotel’s front desk.
While guest rooms will not be available until 15:00, guests may enter Kobe Suma Sea World from opening hours that morning, so please stop by the front desk upon your arrival.
Are there parking spaces available?
Yes, there is a parking area exclusive to hotel guests which must be reserved in advance (additional fees apply).

Guests without a reservation will be guided to an adjoining partner parking area.
What is the nearest train station?
The nearest train station is JR Kobe Line’s Sumakaihinkoen Station, located about 50 minutes away from Osaka Station. For more details, click here.
Is there a place to store our luggage before check-in?
We are happy to accept your luggage at the front desk upon check-in. However, please ensure to separate valuables and keep them with you, as we cannot accept valuables with your other luggage.
What kind of guest rooms are there?
We have a total of 9 types of guest rooms: Premier (3 types), Deluxe, Universal, Large (Twin/Triple), and Superior (Twin/Triple).

What is the maximum number of guests that can stay in one room?

Is there a refrigerator in my guest room?
Every room is set with an empty refrigerator.
Are pets allowed to stay with us?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the hotel. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us for recommendations on a nearby pet hotel.
Is there an ice maker available?
Yes, the ice maker is located within the vending machine corner on the first floor.
*Please bring the ice pail prepared within your room when using the ice maker
Is there a smoking area available?
Yes, please use the smoking area located on the first floor.
Can I use credit cards?
We accept various types of credit/debit cards from VISA, JCB, AMEX, MASTER, etc.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
If I choose “Pay Online” when making a reservation, how can I get a receipt?
Guests who select “Pay Online through Credit Payment” as their payment method can print a receipt at their own discretion from the “Review My Reservation” page.
Is there a main bathing facility for guests?
No, our hotel does not have a common bathing facility. Please use the bathroom in your guest room.
Are there any rental items available for children?
Available rental items include children’s room wear, baby cribs(paid service), bed rails, diaper bins, and baby potties.Please notify us of your needs beforehand as rental items are available in limited quantity.
Is there a place to store our luggage after check-out?
Yes, luggage may be kept within your guest-exclusive lockers.
However, we ask that you keep valuables with you.
