With the Sea of Japan on its northern coast and Seto Inland Sea on its southern coast, lush nature can be seen all across Hyogo Prefecture. A collection of five of Japan’s former “countries,” the region has developed a diverse and abundant food culture. Local delicacies include rich seafood from the Sea of Japan and Seto Inland Sea, fresh vegetables and fruits, breweries that represent Japan, local Hyogo brand meat, and sweets of both Japanese and western styles. Please enjoy local delicacies of Hyogo’s abundant harvest at our buffet-style restaurant.

The Afternoon Tea features an abundance of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Enjoy chef-curated items such as a sandwich made with a freshly baked croissant using fermented butter, filled with Awaji beef roast beef.
For drinks, you can enjoy unlimited coffee and four kinds of tea selected by a Japan Tea Association certified Tea Advisor from Kobe Tea, a brand established in 1925. Watch the dolphins from the terrace and spend a blissful moment feeling the refreshing sea breeze.

Begin your day with a chef’s special breakfast featuring local Hyogo ingredients, such as Kobe beef with rice topped with a bright-red egg yolk and a rolled omelet made with freshly picked Suma nori seaweed. You can also enjoy freshly baked croissants and croffles made with fermented butter for a delicious start to the day.

Enjoy a gourmet buffet that highlights the best of Hyogo’s food culture. You can experience the excitement of a performance kitchen with a chef preparing sushi and tempura right in front of you. Savor Hyogo beef roast beef with homemade red wine sauce and Awaji Island seaweed salt, or a local specialty cutlet with demi-glace sauce. The buffet also features local dishes like Tai Somen, a sea bream noodle dish made with hand-stretched somen noodles from Awaji Island. We also offer two carefully crafted courses that feature seasonal ingredients.

Are dinner and breakfast by reservation only?
Reservations are not required.
Dinner: 17:30–21:00 (Last Order 20:30) / Breakfast: 7:00–9:30 (Last Order 9:00)
You may arrive anytime during the hours listed above.
Dinner is served as a 90-minute buffet, so we recommend arriving between 19:00 and 19:30.

What times are busiest for dinner and breakfast?
Busy times vary depending on daily reservations and Sea World operating hours. However, dinner is typically busiest from 17:45 to 18:30, and breakfast is busiest from 7:45 to 8:30.
If the restaurant reaches full capacity, please inform the staff of your room number at the restaurant. Once your table is ready, we will contact your room.

All buffet items are labeled with the eight specified major allergens (egg, milk, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, buckwheat, crab, and walnuts).
